Erica Carpenter is a trailblazer with 19 years in the construction industry, where her expertise spans restoration, drywall, and general contracting. Erica launched BuildHERS, a networking event for women in construction and related fields, which has exploded in popularity, fostering community and empowerment. A passionate advocate for women in trades. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, she founded Pet Waste Management, a thriving business offering eco-friendly pet waste removal services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Erica balances her ventures with her love for outdoor adventures, offroading, rock crawling and supporting her family, including her husband; Brian, her 16 yr old son who is on the autism spectrum; Rowan and her bonus son Owen.
