So, I never thought much about red food dyes, but wow, they've been a game-changer for me.
Kicking artificial red dyes out of my house has seriously stabilized my mood, which is incredible for someone with ADHD.
I was kinda skeptical at first, but now I'm questioning why these dyes are in our food in the first place.
It's funny how something so small can have such a big impact.
